DIY Dalgona Coffee
- 2 tablespoons Folgers Classic Roast® Instant Coffee Crystals
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- Ice cubes
- About 2 cups Milk
- Cocoa powder or honey, for garnish
- Step 1
COMBINE coffee crystals, hot water and sugar in medium bowl.
- Step 2
BEAT with hand mixer on high speed about 3 minutes or whisk vigorously about 8 minutes, until mixture is light and fluffy.
- Step 3
FILL glasses with ice cubes. Top with milk. Spoon coffee mixture on top of each serving. Dust with cocoa powder or drizzle with honey, if desired. Stir gently before drinking.
- Step 5
PREPARE coffee mixture as directed above. Microwave milk in 2 large microwave-safe mugs on HIGH power 2 minutes or until very warm. Spoon coffee mixture on top of each serving. Garnish as desired. Stir gently before drinking.
