  • 1 tbsp. Folgers Classic Roast® Instant Coffee Crystals
  • 1 tsp. hot water
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups (1 pt.) heavy cream, whipped


  • Step 1

    DISSOLVE coffee in water in small bowl. Melt chocolate chips in medium saucepan or in microwave on HIGH (100% power) 30 to 45 seconds, stirring until smooth. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and dissolved coffee until blended. Pour into large bowl. Fold in whipped cream.

  • Step 2

    SPOON about 1/2 cup mixture into each 6-ounce dessert dishes. Cover. Freeze 2 hours or until firm. Garnish as desired.
