Creamy Instant Iced Coffee Steps

Use these illustrated steps to follow along with the video, or print them to keep as a guide.

  1. You’ll need 1 can of chilled PET® Evaporated Milk, 2 tablespoons Folgers Instant Coffee Crystals, 1/3 cup of sugar to taste, ice, and whipped cream.
  2. Combine the evaporated milk, coffee crystals, and sugar in a blender container until the crystals are dissolved. Pour over ice in tall glasses, and top with a swirl of whipped cream. Serve immediately.
  3. You also can make variations of the drink, like creamy vanilla or creamy cinnamon iced coffee.
  4. For creamy vanilla, follow the same recipe but add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. For creamy cinnamon, add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. This recipe makes five to six servings.
