Mocha Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 2 packages Folgers® Fresh Breaks™ 100% Colombian Roasted Concentrated Coffee
    Or 2 packets Folgers® Fresh Breaks™ Black Silk Roasted Concentrated Coffee
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 (17.5 oz.) box Pillsbury™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix


  1. HEAT oven to 350° F.
  2. DISSOLVE coffee in hot water in a large bowl. Beat in egg. Add softened butter and cookie mix. Mix until soft dough is formed. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased baking sheet 2-inches apart.
  3. BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes before removing from baking sheet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Chocolate chip cookies I just waited long enough to get one of these cookies. I made my own from scratch chocolate chip cookie receipe but added the coffee to the melted coffee. As the ingredients came together, the smell when baking was heavenly. Just one bite and I'm booked. This is definitely a five star receipe.
