Mocha Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 2 packages Folgers® Fresh Breaks™ 100% Colombian Roasted Concentrated Coffee
    Or 2 packets Folgers® Fresh Breaks™ Black Silk Roasted Concentrated Coffee
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 (17.5 oz.) box Pillsbury™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix


  1. HEAT oven to 350° F.
  2. DISSOLVE coffee in hot water in a large bowl. Beat in egg. Add softened butter and cookie mix. Mix until soft dough is formed. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased baking sheet 2-inches apart.
  3. BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes before removing from baking sheet.
