Mocha Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 3 teaspoons Folgers Classic Roast® Instant Coffee Crystals
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 box Pillsbury™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix


  1. HEAT oven to 375° F.
  2. COMBINE coffee and water in large bowl. Beat in egg. Add butter and cookie mix. Mix until soft dough forms. Drop by rounded teaspoon on baking sheet 2-inches apart.
  3. BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.

I made my own from scratch chocolate chip cookie receipe but added the coffee to the melted coffee. As the ingredients came together, the smell when baking was heavenly. Just one bite and I'm booked. This is definitely a five star receipe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great recipe ,easy to prepare ,looks yummy. I haven't tried this recipe, but I have made coffee cookies when I was a teen and family loved them ,can't wait to make these .
