Holiday Eggnog Coffee
- 1/8 cup Folgers® Classic Roast Instant Coffee Crystals
- 1/2 cup Folgers® Classic Roast Ground Coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus additional for garnish
- 5 cups Cold water
- 2 1/2 cups regular or lowfat pasteurized eggnog
- Sweetener of your choice (optional)

- Step 1
This recipe can be made with INSTANT or GROUND COFFEE: INSTANT: ADD instant coffee crystals, nutmeg and water to a large pot and warm on the stove over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes, until hot, but not boiling. GROUND: STIR together ground coffee and nutmeg. Place in filter in brew basket of coffee maker. Add water to coffee maker. Brew coffee according to manufacturer's instructions.

INSTANT: REDUCE heat to low and add eggnog, stirring for an additional 1-2 minutes to combine. Add sweetener, if desired. GROUND: MICROWAVE eggnog in microwave-safe container on HIGH for 2 minutes or until hot but not boiling. Stir into brewed coffee. Add sweetener, if desired.

BOTH: Carefully LADLE or POUR into cups. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
