Holiday Eggnog Coffee
- 1/2 cup Folgers Classic Roast® Coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus additional for garnish
- 5 cups Cold water
- 2 1/2 cups regular or lowfat pasteurized eggnog
- Sweetener of your choice (optional)
- whipped cream
- Step 1
STIR together ground coffee and nutmeg. Place in filter in brew basket of coffee maker. Add water to coffee maker. Brew coffee according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Step 2
MICROWAVE eggnog in microwave-safe container on HIGH for 2 minutes or until hot but not boiling. Stir into brewed coffee. Add sweetener, if desired.
- Step 3
POUR into cups. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
