Mocha Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 3 teaspoons Folgers Classic Roast® Instant Coffee Crystals
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 box chocolate chip cookie mix

HEAT oven to 375° F.
- Step 2
COMBINE coffee and water in large bowl. Beat in egg. Add butter and cookie mix. Mix until soft dough forms. Drop by rounded teaspoon on baking sheet 2-inches apart.
- Step 3
BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
