Easy Mocha Brownies
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 4 teaspoons Folgers Classic Roast® Instant Coffee Crystals
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 package (18.4 oz) package chocolate fudge brownie mix
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- Easy Mocha Frosting
- 2 teaspoons Folgers Classic Roast® Instant Coffee Crystals
- 1 teaspoon hot water
- 1 (16 oz.) container chocolate fudge frosting
- Step 1
HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- Step 2
STIR coffee crystals into warm water until dissolved. Cool.
- Step 3
COMBINE brownie mix, oil, dissolved coffee crystals and eggs in large bowl; stir 50 strokes with spoon. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Bake according to package instructions. Cool completely.

DISSOLVE coffee crystals in water in small cup. Make a deep well in center of frosting. Add dissolved coffee. Slowly stir coffee into frosting until completely blended. Frost brownies with frosting.
