Instant Iced Coffee

Instant Iced Coffee Steps
Use these illustrated steps to follow along with the video, or print them to keep as a guide.
- You’ll need 3 tablespoons of Folgers Instant Coffee Crystals, 1 cup of boiling water, sugar or sweetener (if desired), 2 cups of cold water, milk, half and half or coffee creamer to taste, ice, and whipped cream.
- Dissolve the coffee crystals in the boiling water in a tempered glass bowl or pitcher. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Add cold water and milk to taste and refrigerate until chilled, then just pour over ice in a tall glass and top with whipped cream.
- For a special twist on your instant iced coffee… you can make the refreshing coconut café licuado. You’ll need 1 can of chilled coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of Folgers Instant Coffee Crystals, 1 can of chilled Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, and ice.
- Dissolve the instant coffee in the coconut milk, and combine the mixture and sweetened condensed milk in a blender container. Blend for 2 minutes until blended. Pour over ice and serve immediately.
