Classic Coffee Syrup

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups strong brewed Folgers Classic Roast® Coffee


  1. STIR sugar and coffee in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 2 cups. Cool to room temperature.
  2. TRANSFER syrup to tightly covered storage container. Store in refrigerator up to 1 month. Use to flavor hot and cold beverages or as a dessert topping.
  3. To make strong brewed coffee use 1/2 cup Folgers Classic Roast Ground Coffee and 3 3/4 cups water.
